What's Welcome 👋?
Welcome 👋 is a platform to screen and onboard tenants designed for a property management company.
The company was facing tenant defaults and long check-in times and wanted a solution to cut down on both.
Welcome was designed, built and shipped in 3 months. It features a fully automated onboarding process, that verifies the ID, handles payments and lease agreements. It also incorporates a tenant risk assessment to understand their payment capacity.
What were the results?
- Check-in times have dropped from 1-2 hours to 15 minutes
- Communication has almost fully been automated (no more manual reminders to tenants)
Since it was launched recently, there's no data on default decreases yet, but we're confident the solution will help mitigate the problem.
